Prepare your wedding request room
- 01
Choose who manages the room
Agree with your DJ or host who will create the room and manage its dashboard. That person signs in and keeps the request list open during the reception.
- 02
Set times and the Wedding theme
Name the room, add a short welcome and set the request window. Choose Wedding for a soft rose guest page that suits the celebration.
- 03
Put the QR code on your tables
Download the room's QR code and add it to table cards or a sign near the dance floor. Tell guests they can request a song or like a track already on the list.
- 04
Let your DJ shape the evening
The DJ checks requests, hides unsuitable tracks and marks songs as played. Discuss special moments beforehand; the request ranking does not replace your wedding music plan.
Make requests easy at the wedding party
A table card gives guests a way to contribute a song without leaving their seats. Include a short invitation, the QR code and a note that the DJ chooses what fits the evening. Test the final printed card before placing it on the tables.
Guests join in their browser without an app or account. They search for a track, submit a request or support another guest's pick. A shared favorite can collect likes instead of appearing on several paper cards.
Keep special moments separate from the crowd ranking
Agree on your first dance, entrances and other planned music directly with your DJ. These choices need timing and coordination, rather than competing with casual guest requests.
Use the request room for the reception and dance floor. The DJ can consider popular songs alongside the mood of the party, then hide unsuitable requests or mark completed tracks as played.
A guest page that fits your event
The Wedding theme uses soft blush pink and dusty rose with a gentle background fade. It changes the guest page appearance while keeping song search, requests and voting familiar.
Your room dashboard also offers Birthday, Halloween, Party and the original Default theme. Choose the look that fits the celebration and save your settings before sharing the room link.
Frequently asked questions
Do wedding guests need an account?
No. They open the room link or scan your QR code and use the guest page in their browser.
Can we collect requests before the reception?
Yes. Open the room's request window earlier and share the link in advance. Your DJ can review the suggestions before the reception.
Who should create the wedding room?
The person who will manage the requests should create it, such as your DJ or event host. Agree on this before sharing the QR code.
Are guests guaranteed to hear every requested song?
No. Requests and likes show preferences. Your DJ chooses which tracks fit the timing and atmosphere of your wedding.
Does the Wedding theme change how voting works?
No. It changes the guest page colors and background. Requests, likes and the host's dashboard work in the same way.
